This was a big WAAAAH for me also. I love oC, and I don't know if I can find an alternative. I was happy to have something in the $60-$80 range to recommend to poor artists. Now I'm left with MS Paint, GIMP, or (huge price balloon) Photoshop. Ouch. I was able to buy Photoshop recently, but it was a long haul! Not everyone can afford that...

I never looked at all the oC lectures either... sigh. Life's too short.

If anyone can find a comparable piece of software in ENGLISH, I'd love to know. Yes, it'd be nice to know Japanese, but not everyone has the time, money, or aptitude. X.x
